We're looking for a Customer Service Representative with exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset to support our Trauma & Extremities Business Units.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Provide customer service support related to sales, order entry, and purchase order collections
Resolve customer claims and complaints fairly and effectively, in compliance with consumer laws
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction across all touchpoints
Conduct due diligence and reconciliation of A/R disputes and purchase orders
Determine credit requirements and validate purchase order accuracy before escalation
Collaborate with veteran CSRs for order processing and gradually transition into that role
Assist in developing initiatives to educate and inform customers proactively
Contribute to improvement plans based on team feedback and performance metrics
Support training efforts in order entry, PO application, and related processes
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in customer service, data entry, account management, or related fields
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PDF)
Experience reviewing Accounts Payable paperwork
Familiarity with GHX or EDI systems is a plus
Additional Details
Remote role; flexible across time zones, with preference for EST or CST availability
Target productivity: average 8 due diligence cases/day within the first 30 days
