Job Summary
We are seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish) CSRto serve as the main point of contact for consumer inquiries and concerns. This role handles phone calls, emails, social media messages, and written correspondence while helping resolve routine and complex consumer issues. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for consumer questions, complaints, and feedback

Respond to consumers via phone, email, social media, and mail (English & Spanish)

Prepare written responses, including letters, replacement coupons, or product replacements

Track and document consumer communications and returned products

Coordinate consumer claims with insurance carriers and internal teams

Identify and report consumer trends and issues to management

Maintain weekly customer service reports and database records

Assist with office support tasks as needed (phones, shipping, supplies)

Participate in product tastings (must have no food allergies)

Support Quality Assurance-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Minimum 2 years of general office experience

At least 1 year of consumer affairs or customer service experience (food industry preferred)

Strong phone presence and written communication skills
