The Product Line Manager will be responsible for overall management, growth and profitability of a key product line (family of 3-5 products) within their defense electronics manufacturing business. This role is based in Torrance, CA and reports directly to the Business UnitGeneral Manager.
Summary
- Bachelor of Science dgeree requires, preferrably in Engineering, Physics or other related technical discipline.
- 4+ years in technical product management, preferrably withinthe defense of electronics manufacturing sector
- Product Line Management: Oversee the full lifecycle from concept to end of life, ensuring the quality standards and on-time delivery.
- Growth Strategy: Develop and execuite strategies for product line growth, including market analysis, competitive positioning and new business development.
- Customer Interface:Serve as the primary point of contact for customets on all product related matters
- Financial Management: Own the product line P&Lstatement, including revenue forecasting, margin management and cash flow optimization
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain and sales teams to drive product success and resolve issues
