Job Summary
We are looking an experienced maintenance mechanic to support our food packaging and juice manufacturing operations and will be working under the direction of the maintenance manager. The maintenance mechanic will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations while minimizing production downtime.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Work closely with maintenance manager to ensure production equipment and machinery operate safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on processing and packaging equipment, including but not limited to troubleshooting, replacing and repairing parts.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic problems and find solutions
- Have a strong industrial electrical and PLC experience
- Minimum of 5 year experiences in Food Processing / Manufacturing / Bottling
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and safety-focused mindset
- Abiity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environmental
- Cleaning and repairing and installing equipment and parts as needed
- Candidate must have a practical mind, mechanical aptitude, and a strong attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all safety, GMP, and food safety requirements.
