Network Real Estate Specialist - Property Management
What You'll Be Doing
In this role as a Property Manager, you will be responsible for clearing roadblocks and resolving issues related to the existing wireless network in Northern California and Nevada. The position focuses on prioritizing and managing assigned tasks, ranging from payment inquiries and lease renewals to resolving access issues. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and track tasks effectively.
- Perform lease due diligence.
- Represent the company in communications with landlords.
- Escalate issues to management with recommendations when needed.
- Resolve payment inquiries (rent and utilities).
- Clear access blocks to ensure smooth network operations.

You are well-versed in telecommunications, enjoy problem-solving, and are customer oriented. You thrive in a team environment and can work collaboratively across internal teams (including Network Assurance, Construction, Legal, and HQ) to ensure seamless operations. You excel at leveraging various resources and tools to solve problems. Additional Responsibilities: - Interpret and understand company policies and procedures and communicate them effectively to landlords.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve real estate and lease-related issues.
- Negotiate with landlords and their agents to preserve company rights and meet contractual obligations.
- Identify and resolve network-critical or site-critical issues requiring immediate escalation.
Where You'll Be Working
This is a hybrid role with a defined work location that includes work-from-home and assigned office days set by your manager.
You'll Need to Have:
- Bachelor's degree or at least three years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Even Better If You Have:
- Experience in Fuze HQRE and Engie.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to take initiative and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Knowledge of legal and financial terms and ability to read and interpret contracts.
- Experience in legal, contract management, project management, or construction disciplines.
- Experience reviewing construction drawings and leases.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, oral/written communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and solve problems effectively.
