Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced AI/ML Manager to lead strategic and technical initiatives. This role will focus on two key areas:
1. Strategic Cross-Functional Expansion
- Drive strategic thinking and change leadership as the organization expands from consumer-focused operations to provider and core domains.
- Lead execution and alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Ensure effective change management and operational readiness.
2. AI Initiative Leadership
- Oversee the AI initiative collaborating with analytics teams, offshore developers, and data scientists.
- Ensure smooth project execution using platforms such as Leidos 360 and data integration tools.
- Apply AI to identify operational issues, anticipate downstream impacts, and support the 2026 vision for expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Mentor and guide data analysts and senior analysts.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Lead data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency improvements using AI/ML.
- Ensure strong data governance, integration, and end-to-end process ownership.
- Collaborate across teams to drive strategic initiatives.
- Monitor milestones, resolve issues proactively, and escalate risks when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in analytics tools: SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Power BI.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their operational applications.
- Expertise in data governance, integration, and process ownership.
- Experience in healthcare or payer/provider technology transformation.
- Proven leadership in AI initiatives and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
