Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Architect with hands-on experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI to lead the design and implementation of advanced AI solutions. This role will provide technical leadership and architectural direction across cross-functional teams, driving innovation and delivering scalable AI systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and development of AI/ML solutions, focusing on Generative and Agentic AI.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Mentor technical teams and enforce best practices in AI/ML development and deployment.
• Design and implement data pipelines, model training workflows, and AI-powered applications.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies to improve business outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards.
• Drive innovation in autonomous agentic systems to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Python, R, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI/ML tools.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering) and Agentic AI architectures.
• Strong understanding of model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Expertise in data integration, governance, and full lifecycle ownership.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and guide senior analysts.
