Vie de France a premiere manufacturer of frozen croissant and European style breads for distribution throughout the U.S. currenlty has an opportunity for a seasoned HR Manager to join our bakery team in Vernon, California. The successfulcandidate will have 5+ years of HR Management experience preferably in a food manufactureringenvironment. Daily responsibilities include recruitment, training, employee relations within a unionized environment, safety and leadership development. The bakery operates 3 shifts a day, 5 days a week and requires a hands-on leader who is passionate about helping employees develop and grow on a daily basis.
