The Judge Group is seeking a HRIS Specialist for a manufacturing company.
Title: HRIS Specialist
Location: Remote
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Paylocity Payroll and Time & Labor for a manufacturing workforce
- Configure pay rules, earnings, deductions, accruals, schedules, and approval workflows
- Support accurate payroll processing including overtime, shift differentials, and premiums
- Audit payroll and timekeeping data; research and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain standard and ad hoc payroll, labor, and compliance reports
- Support time clocks, employee setup, and job or pay rate changes
- Assist with system updates, testing, integrations, and process improvements
- Serve as escalation point for HR, Payroll, and plant leadership payroll issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of HRIS or payroll systems experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Hands-on experience administering Paylocity Payroll and Time & Labor
- Strong knowledge of hourly payroll and timekeeping practices
- Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and customer service skills
