Regional Sales Manager - Midwest
- Total compensation year 1with Base and Commission = $120,000 - $165,000
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving new business growth and expanding market presence within a designated territory. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role focuses on engaging new clients across industries such as OEM, Power Generation, Military, Petrochemical, and Nuclear, with a strong emphasis on thermal and acoustic insulation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through research and networking.
- Develop strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Communicate the company's value proposition effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
- Attend industry events to promote the company's offerings.
- Achieve or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience considered.
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in industrial sectors.
- Proven ability to develop new markets and territories.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong presentation and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
