Regional Sales Manager - Midwest

  • Total compensation year 1with Base and Commission = $120,000 - $165,000


The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving new business growth and expanding market presence within a designated territory. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role focuses on engaging new clients across industries such as OEM, Power Generation, Military, Petrochemical, and Nuclear, with a strong emphasis on thermal and acoustic insulation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through research and networking.
  • Develop strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
  • Communicate the company's value proposition effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.

Qualifications
