Large, well established, multiple faciltiy bakery manufacturer is looking for an experienced sanitation mgr.
Looking for someone with sanitation experience in a bakery
preferably a large, high-speed automated bakery. In charge of all aspects of the Sanitation department, including, but not limited to, scheduling, staffing, approving timecards, discipline, assigning duties and making sure all Company policies and GMPs are being followed. Manage sanitation crew and must ensure the Master Sanitation Schedule is followed and that the facility and machinery are cleaned appropriately.
