Job Summary
Ideal candidate must have USDA Food safety experience in prepared foods. Will work in a refrigerated prepared foods plant overseeing the day to day QA/Food Safety of a very dynamic production of USDA and FDA items. Must have strong breadth of knowledge and at least 10 years experience in QA functions.
