Position Overview

The Nutrition & Labeling Coordinator supports both labeling operations and nutrition & labeling compliance by ensuring accurate product data and efficient execution of label workflows. This role serves as a cross-functional connector between labeling systems, product data, and standardized requirements, helping maintain consistency across all product information and label outputs.

Job Responsibilities

Nutrition & Compliance Data Support

  • Support that all product information is standardized across all documentation, labels, and databases.

Labeling Operations Support

  • Assist in creation, update, and maintenance of product information and product labels
  • Coordinate with Labeling Coordinator to ensure timely execution of label requests

Cross-Functional Coordination

Act as liaison between:

  • Nutrition & Labeling Compliance
  • Labeling Operation
  • Product Implementation
  • Support the setup and configuration of product labels in the system to ensure accurate printing and seamless rollouts
  • Support communication of product updates and label changes
  • Follow standardized workflows for labeling and compliance processes
  • Other tasks as assigned by management

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, food science, or related field preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with label printing software or data entry systems is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Understanding of food labeling and regulatory standards.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Professional, articulate, and team oriented

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in a professional office environment.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a times.

Schedule: M-F (8am-5pm)
