Job Summary

Position Overview The Nutrition & Labeling Coordinator supports both labeling operations and nutrition & labeling compliance by ensuring accurate product data and efficient execution of label workflows. This role serves as a cross-functional connector between labeling systems, product data, and standardized requirements, helping maintain consistency across all product information and label outputs. Job Responsibilities Nutrition & Compliance Data Support - Support that all product information is standardized across all documentation, labels, and databases.
Labeling Operations Support - Assist in creation, update, and maintenance of product information and product labels
- Coordinate with Labeling Coordinator to ensure timely execution of label requests
Cross-Functional Coordination Act as liaison between: - Nutrition & Labeling Compliance
- Labeling Operation
- Product Implementation
- Support the setup and configuration of product labels in the system to ensure accurate printing and seamless rollouts
- Support communication of product updates and label changes
- Follow standardized workflows for labeling and compliance processes
- Other tasks as assigned by management

Key Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, food science, or related field preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with label printing software or data entry systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Understanding of food labeling and regulatory standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional, articulate, and team oriented
Physical Requirements - Ability to work in a professional office environment.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a times.
