Brand Manager - CPG
We're hiring a Brand Manager to drive growth for a portfolio of established food brands. This role blends brand strategy, P&L management, innovation, and cross-functional leadership, with hands-on ownership from insight to in-market execution.
What You'll Do
- Help set and execute brand strategy across positioning, portfolio, innovation, and activation
- Manage the brand P&L, including forecasting, pricing, trade spend, and margin performance
- Use consumer, financial, and market data to identify growth opportunities
- Lead close-in innovation and renovation with R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations
- Drive portfolio optimization, including SKU rationalization and mix management
- Execute integrated marketing plans across media, digital, shopper, and e-commerce
- Influence cross-functional partners to deliver brand and financial results
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
- 5-7 years of brand management or marketing experience (CPG preferred)
- Strong financial, analytical, and project management skills
- Ability to turn insights into action in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and cross-functional influence skills
- Spanish language skills a plus
