Brand Manager - CPG
We're hiring a Brand Manager to support growth for a large, scaled food brand and private-label portfolio. This role offers hands-on exposure to P&L management, brand execution, innovation, and cross-functional leadership.
What You'll Do
- Support execution of brand and portfolio strategy across channels
- Manage key elements of the brand P&L, including forecasting and marketing spend
- Lead cross-functional projects to deliver brand initiatives and innovation
- Partner with Sales on new item launches, customer needs, and volume planning
- Own product data, digital assets, and item transitions
- Support development and delivery of the annual operating plan (AOP)
- Execute brand equity and marketing programs with agency partners
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
- 5-7 years of brand or marketing experience (CPG preferred)
- Strong financial, analytical, and project management skills
- Comfortable leading without authority in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Spanish language skills a plus
