Associate Brand Manager
We're hiring an Associate Brand Manager to support the growth of a large, scaled food brand. This role offers hands-on experience across brand strategy, P&L support, innovation, and marketing execution, working closely with senior brand leadership and cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
- Support execution of brand strategy and annual brand plans
- Manage elements of the brand P&L, including forecasting and budget tracking
- Analyze consumer, market, and financial data to drive decisions
- Support innovation and renovation projects with cross-functional partners
- Assist with portfolio and SKU management initiatives
- Execute integrated marketing programs across media, digital, and shopper
- Lead projects and influence cross-functional teams to deliver results
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
- 3+ years of marketing, brand, or product experience (CPG preferred)
- Strong analytical, financial, and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Spanish language skills required
