Job Summary

Compensation: From $175,000.00 per year + 20% Bonus

Summary
We areseekingan experienced and strategic leader to serve as theDirector of Beverage Plant Manufacturing. This senior management roleis responsible foroverseeing all aspects of beverage production operations, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate willpossessstrong leadership skills, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and a proventrack recordof managing large-scale production facilities. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall operations of the beverage manufacturing plant, including production, quality assurance, maintenance, and safety programs.

• Develop and implement strategic plans tooptimizemanufacturing processes, increase productivity, and reduce costs whilemaintaininghigh-quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and environmental standards.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting lean manufacturing principles and best practices across the plant.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as R&D, supply chain, and sales to align production goals with businessobjectives.

• Manage budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation to meet operational targets.

• Oversee training programs to ensure staff are skilled in safety procedures and operational excellence.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate plant performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and regulatory agencies to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, BusinessAdministrationora relatedfield;Master?sdegree preferred.

• Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in beverage or food manufacturing operations with progressive leadership responsibilities.

• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex production facilities effectively.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems (such as GMP), safety regulations (OSHA), and environmental compliance.

• Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and with external partners.

• Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements using lean or Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable.
