Key Responsibilities for this Warehouse Manager:
- Manage warehouse and distribution activities to meet operational goals
- Collaborate with other facilities and support cross-functional initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Be available 24/7 for on-call support and cover for leads or supervisors when needed
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and systems
Minimum key requirements for this Warehouse Manager:
- Must have a HS degree or equivalent & several years? experience as a Warehouse Manager or a bachelor?s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- At least 5 years? experience in warehouse, distribution, production, or logistics in a FOOD / BEVERAGE manufacturing facility
- Supervisory experience required; management experience preferred
- Skills:
- SAP proficiency
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
