THE ROLE
The
Associate Brand Manager
is responsible for
supporting key initiatives to bring the
brand
purpose and strategy to life and contribute to the achievement of
Pharmavite's
annual and long-term sales, market share, and profit goals.
This role will manage one or more core business
segments
ensuring the brand and offerings are relevant to our target consumers. Areas of focus include assortment optimization, new product commercialization, and market analysis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:
- Assist ing
in driving business performance, execute strategy and tactics, and deliver revenue, profit, and market share goals
- Analyz ing
the business
utilizing
Circana
data as well as other quantitative/qualitative data ,
demonstrating
strong command of key growth and share drivers
- P resent ing
market analysis and actionable recommendations to grow sales and profitability
- Lead ing
cross-functional teams to launch product innovation and renovations with speed and agility. This includes product development, sales
support
and owned content.
- Lead ing
execution of marketing plans to support continued #1 brand
position in the marketplace
- Assist ing
with preparation of annual operating plans and marketing budget

SALARY RANGE
National Target Base Pay Range: $80,000 - $133,000. The salary range for this position is based on national standards.
For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is $88,000 - $146,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.
Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.
Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment.
Our total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, Medical, dental and vision benefits, 401K match, and other wellness benefits.
