Job Summary
Senior Accountant
Looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to own month-end close, ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting, and partner with the business on insights that drive decisions. This role bridges daily accounting operations with higher-level financial oversight.
What you'll do:
- Lead month-end close and prepare consolidated financial statements
- Maintain GL integrity, balance sheet reconciliations, and master data
- Ensure accurate statutory, tax, and audit reporting
- Analyze business and product line performance; provide recommendations
- Partner with FP&A and cross-functional teams on reviews and cost initiatives
- Support CapEx validation, asset tracking, and cash flow forecasting
- Contribute to planning, reforecasts, S&OP, and weekly flash reporting
What you bring:
- Bachelor's in Accounting; strong US GAAP knowledge
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Excel expertise and ERP experience (Dynamics/Business Central a plus)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative
